This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds, billing disputes, and payment reversals for services, subscriptions, and digital products provided by Yawmik Ltd. across its ecosystem platforms, including Yawmik and affiliated services such as Arqify and future modules.
By purchasing or subscribing to any paid service on Yawmik, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of Digital Services
Yawmik primarily provides digital services, software access, cloud features, and subscription-based platform functionality. Due to the nature of digital products and instant service activation, most purchases are considered final once the service has been provisioned or accessed.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under verified circumstances and are never automatically guaranteed.
- Duplicate payment or accidental double charge
- Failed transaction with successful billing
- Technical service failure preventing access after payment
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction, subject to investigation
- Legal or regulatory refund obligations in applicable jurisdictions
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided where the purchase has already been consumed in a normal way or where the issue results from user choice rather than platform fault.
Digital platform access is generally considered consumed once activated.

- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
- Lack of usage after subscription activation

5. Subscription Billing and Cancellation
Yawmik may offer monthly subscriptions, quarterly plans, annual plans, and usage-based premium features. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
Users may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing only, the current billing cycle remains active until expiration, and no prorated refunds are provided unless legally required or approved under special conditions.

6. Payment Gateway Compliance
All payments are securely processed through certified third-party gateways including Stripe for international cards and global payments, SSLCommerz for regional and Bangladesh payments, and other compliant future gateways.
Yawmik does not store card details. Refunds are issued through the original payment method, and gateway processing times may vary based on provider policies.
Refund timelines depend on the payment processor and issuing bank.
7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must submit a formal request with enough information for billing verification and operational review.
Incomplete or unverifiable requests may be rejected.

8. Refund Review and Processing Time
Initial review typically takes three to seven business days. Approval decisions depend on eligibility and technical verification.
After approval, Stripe refunds may take five to ten business days depending on the bank, SSLCommerz refunds follow the gateway and banking cycle, and international refunds may take up to fourteen business days.
Yawmik is not responsible for delays caused by banks, gateways, or financial institutions.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Users are strongly encouraged to contact Yawmik support before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or unnecessary chargebacks may trigger administrative review.
Fraudulent disputes may be contested using transaction records, technical logs, and system evidence.

10. Service Downtime and Technical Issues
If a verified technical issue on Yawmik’s side causes prolonged service inaccessibility, eligible users may receive a service extension, account credit, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
Minor downtime, scheduled maintenance, or third-party outages do not automatically qualify for refunds.
11. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Special offers, discounted plans, or limited-time pricing are generally non-refundable unless the service was not delivered as described or a legal requirement mandates refund eligibility.
Promotional credits are non-cash redeemable and cannot be converted into monetary refunds.
12. Fraud Prevention and Abuse Protection
Yawmik reserves the right to deny refund requests where abuse of the refund policy is detected, repeated refund exploitation occurs, suspicious payment behavior is identified, or platform misuse or Terms violations are confirmed.
These controls exist to maintain platform integrity and financial security.
13. Currency and Transaction Fees
Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Currency conversion differences are not refundable, and gateway fees or bank charges may be deducted where applicable.
Exchange rate fluctuations remain outside Yawmik’s control.
14. Legal Compliance
This Refund Policy is structured to align with digital service refund standards, international SaaS billing policies, PCI-DSS payment compliance, Stripe and global payment processor requirements, and consumer protection regulations where applicable.

Yawmik reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect legal and regulatory changes, gateway policy updates, platform service expansion, or subscription model changes.
